Village Live Records is proud to present ‘Automated Improvisation’, the sophomore LP by Berlin-based jazz band Move78.

The nine tracks of “Automated Improvisation” are constructed from the same three studio sessions as Move 78’s debut EP “The Algorithm Smiles Upon You” but feature many more additional home recordings with close friends of the band, some of whom are part of the prestigious Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and others are stalwarts in the ever-growing Berlin jazz scene.

The LP was produced using more experimental algorithmic processing than its
predecessor, leading to more expansive and challenging compositions, displaying an evolution of Move 78’s unique blend of free-flowing improvised jazz and programmed, automated hip-hop.

‘Automated Improvisation’ is available to pre-order now on limited edition transparent vinyl (100) & Black vinyl (400)

All copies of the record come with a hand numbered holographic sticker, printed inner sleeve & gloss detail finish.

*Please note, due to the current waiting times at the vinyl pressing plants, the pre-order for this release will be a little longer than we had initially planned. The vinyl is expected to arrive at the beginning of February 23.
